1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ct99 ("ct99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ct99.ws ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered through the ct99 Platform.

2.3 Registration Process

Any misrepresentation during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles ct99 to immediately close your account.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ct99 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested by ct99 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ct99 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where ct99 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and outstanding balances held pending investigation. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ct99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cash deposit options as made available on the Platform from time to time. ct99 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued by international banks, or any other payment method not expressly listed on the ct99 Platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. A minimum deposit amount may apply and will be displayed at the time of the deposit transaction. ct99 reserves the right to request verification of the payment source before crediting deposited funds to your gaming balance. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your account, in the name of the account holder. 4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to a ct99 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, ct99 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, reverse any winnings attributed to the disputed deposit, and recover any outstanding amounts through all available legal means.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ct99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a ct99 account are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus balance or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

ct99 monitors betting patterns and account activity for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and collusion between players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, ct99 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account without notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Cricket Betting

ct99's sportsbook covers PSL fixtures, international Test matches, T20 internationals, domestic Pakistani leagues, and other cricket markets. All bets placed on cricket markets are subject to the ct99 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately within the Platform. In the event of any match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, ct99 reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules for the relevant market. ct99's decision on all settlement matters is final.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ct99 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ct99 Content without the prior written consent of ct99. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ct99 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of gaming time, financial losses arising from game outcomes, or losses attributable to technical failures beyond ct99's reasonable control.

ct99's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to ct99 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ct99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ct99 account at any time by contacting ct99 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ct99 will process any pending withdrawals in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures and close the account. 11.2 Suspension or Closure by ct99

ct99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; ct99 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; ct99 reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity on your account; or ct99 determines that continued operation of your account poses a reputational, financial, or regulatory risk to the Platform. In the event of account closure by ct99 due to a breach by the player, any bonus balances and associated winnings shall be forfeited.
